- Orders for wine require an adult signature on delivery. We cannot ship alcoholic beverages to: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, and Wyoming.
-All wine and liquor shipments will require an adult signature with ID (legal age to accept delivery of the alcohol please consult your local and state laws.) Shippers will be instructed to disregard signature wavers.
-A business name must be included for delivery to a commercial address. www.WineInStock.com is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after a package has been signed for. If you want to order from our site from outside the US, we absolutely need a US address.
Delivery Time: - When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in My Order.
Calculating Cost: Shipping costs for orders from www.WineInStock.com depend upon the method and option you choose. - WILL CALL: FREE you will come to our physical location in Omaha, NE at Le Voltaire Restaurant directly to pick up your wine. - DELIVERIES: All the deliveries will be done with UPS ground, adult signatured required. Prices are as followed: 1btl $14, 2 btls $15, 3 btls $16, etc... 11btls $24, 12 btls $25. If your order is over 12 bottles, you will have to start a second shipping charge package. Prices are subjected to vary and change without notice. Enter information about how long it takes for orders to be filled from your store. Use a conservative estimate so you set buyer expectations accordingly.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 15 days of the delivery date! If you suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. Do not open multiple bottles of the same wine. We can't take back any empty bottles or multiple bottles of the same wine.
www.WineInStock.com will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you.
Most orders ship in 2 business day. Should you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped but has not yet been received, you may do so however shipping charges will not be refunded. Please leave an e-mail at sales@wineinstock.com between the hours of 9am-6pm EST. Monday through Friday. You will be asked to refuse the order when it arrives and when the merchandise is received back at our warehouse you will be refunded for the purchase price and sales tax.
A restocking or cancellation fee of 15% will apply to any cancelled order that has been processed.
